As a 1.5 gen South Asian American, I collaborate with South Asian / Desi individuals and couples all over Texas virtually to transform their lives by learning how to deal with being stuck in cycles of anxiety, people-pleasing, negative self talk, and low self-esteem. I teach and empower them to strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.
