As a Relationship Therapist I work with individuals and couples who are stuck, unhappy, and feeling hopeless strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. Connections and belongingness are two very important aspects of a healthy balanced life. If our relationships to our friends, family, and partners are off balance, then we feel off balance.
